Recommendations
Our guidelines for recommendations:
- We only make changes or install products that result in greater safety or comfort. We consult with your Physical or Occupational Therapist if there is any question on the ability to use the solution.
- We install commercially available products when they are acceptable and cost effective.
- We adapt existing home features with custom changes to the level of finish you desire. You make that decision based on physical needs, your desire, and financial abilities.
- We recommend custom changes only if less expensive then a product commercially available, or if an available option will not make a significant improvement in the comfort, safety, or access desired.
- We will install all recommendations as a licensed contractor or act as your agent to manage a contractor of your choice.
Our design assistance is either at no cost for work performed immediately or for assessments of projects requiring measurements and research, a reasonable flat rate will provide a written and detailed plan. This will always be discussed when an appointment is made.
